I thought it'd work fine putting the PSA slide on a 19x, but it wouldn't lock back. When it would lock back, the slightest gust of wind would drop it. I just swapped a 3rd gen slide stop lever into the 19x and it works fine now. Waiting to mill the 19x slide and then the PSA slide will go on something else, but for now it works fine!
