I've found that killing Kheshigs, Torguuds and Khans Guards can get you a Glaive (sometimes a higher quality glaive if really lucky), and the other user mentioned step bandit hideout raids as a potential source of them as well.

Like a lot of other a smithed Glaive (+Bow or Crossbow to lay back in late battle when you're hurt and some javelin to hunt lord and tier 6 cav). I tend to keep the glaive fairly short so that I can use it in siege too and the increased swing speed make up for the decreased reach.
