Easy to install & program. But this product was a complete disappointment. First one I purchased was defective within few months. Replaced the batteries twice. It stopped working. Because of the warranty, Kwikset mailed me a new one. The one Kwikset sent me did well for 1 yr. Didn't need to replace the batteries.
